📋 Description

• Implement and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog based on business requirements • Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform elements • Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow functionality and integrate with other systems • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities using ServiceNow • Understand business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow • Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for proposed solutions • Design, implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform • Analyze requirements, resolve issues, optimize performance, and stay updated on best practices and emerging features

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant • Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and GlideScript • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in various modules • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
