📋 Description

• Lead technical integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Zero Trust Solutions services for enterprise customers • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues • Document solutions and create technical collateral • Contribute to team knowledge sharing • Participate in customer training sessions to drive product adoption and usability • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed, including technical workshops and proofs of concept • Travel as required, less than 20%

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in web application security, network security, or IT security solutions • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP • Expertise in internet fundamentals, DNS, and routing • Knowledge of communication protocols including HTTP or TCP • Exposure to virtual private network and proxy technologies • Practical knowledge of Layer 3 and Layer 4 networking concepts • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
