📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process and create new opportunities by demonstrating how Akamai technology solves business problems • Architect and execute product demos, Customer Analysis Reports, and Proof of Concept trials • Partner with sales and customer executive leadership to align customer initiatives with Akamai platform capabilities • Collaborate with engineering teams to become a Subject Matter Expert • Share insights through technical content, community engagement, and industry events • Manage technical proposals and provide optimal recommendations for complex web, security, and cloud deployment workflows • Act as a trusted advisor, identify normalized technical problems, build technical champions within global accounts, and design fit-for-purpose cloud and security solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Background in technical pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architect roles supporting enterprise accounts • Solid grasp of internet architectures, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and hybrid cloud environments • Hands-on experience with WAF, DDoS protection, Bot Management, and Zero Trust/remote access architectures • Ability to explain complex network and security transformations to developers and C-level executives • Professional fluency in Arabic and English • Highly driven team player who works with a sense of urgency and thrives in fast-changing environments
