📋 Description

• Provide support and mentorship for SaaS/Linux/on-premises application engineers • Own problem resolution and collaborate with internal support, operations, and engineering teams on complex problems • Understand application architecture and establish processes for on-premises and cloud applications • Provide expertise supporting HCM data migration, extracts, and reports • Collaborate with BSA, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support the HCM application • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, ORC, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning Journeys, and Alerts • Experience executing data migration to Oracle Cloud using HDL and HSDL • Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI • Expertise developing and managing Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, SOA, REST APIs, or equivalent middleware • Understanding of HCM data structures, security profiles, role-based access, and user interface personalizations • Ability to debug, analyze, and resolve complex Oracle HCM system issues
