âą Leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Network Operations to successfully deliver strategic initiatives across the product portfolio âą Analyzing risks and developing contingency plans âą Partnering with engineering and product teams to prioritize work, manage program backlogs, and align execution with business priorities âą Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders âą Maintaining, prioritizing, and evolving the roadmap of committed work to ensure successful execution against annual objectives

âą Extensive experience in project and technical program management âą Experience partnering with software engineering teams âą Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet to plan, track, and report on program execution âą Experience identifying and managing cross-team dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines âą Ability to identify execution risks, analyze trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and leadership âą Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
