📋 Description

• Leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Network Operations to successfully deliver strategic initiatives across the product portfolio • Analyzing risks and developing contingency plans • Partnering with engineering and product teams to prioritize work, manage program backlogs, and align execution with business priorities • Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders • Maintaining, prioritizing, and evolving the roadmap of committed work to ensure successful execution against annual objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in project and technical program management • Experience partnering with software engineering teams • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet to plan, track, and report on program execution • Experience identifying and managing cross-team dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines • Ability to identify execution risks, analyze trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and leadership • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
