📋 Description

• Manage tech platforms related to the Remote Engagement Service, including Copilot, RapidPro, Turn, TextIt, and WhatsApp • Respond to patients’ and families’ queries according to team training • Translate questions from Punjabi/Hindi into English for the medical team • Document conversations according to protocols • Keep Remote Engagement Service reports up to date on the drive • Call families in Punjabi/Hindi and record call details in the required format • Conduct surveys as needed • Participate in additional RES-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh candidates from BSC - nursing background can apply (good to have 1/2 years of clinical experience) • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi • Proficiency in Hindi language preferred • Comfortable using Android phones, laptop, web browsers, Gmail, and other popular online websites • Able to work 8 hours
