• Develop a constructive, interactive, continuous, and adaptable knowledge-building system for people accessing public healthcare • Manage engagement of the Care Companion Program with partners • Perform program-related work assigned by the manager • Work with government stakeholders on program advocacy and program success • Manage end-to-end YosAid program operations at identified hospital partners • Support Program Managers and Lead Trainers in on-site implementation and off-site support across program phases • Coordinate a portfolio of public and private hospital partners, including client and people management • Represent CCP at program coordination meetings and similar activities • Monitor output data and address operational challenges with the Program Manager • Conduct monthly class quality audits at randomly selected hospitals • Support Master Trainers and Lead Trainers in delivering training-of-trainer modules in the local language • Identify booster training needs and coordinate logistics • Implement experimental design activities with in-house designers and content creators • Gather feedback on experiments to inform operational and content decisions
• Heavy project-based travel to various district hospitals in Haryana; travel may be extended and may require relocation within the state • Fluent English and Hindi; fluency in the native language of Haryana required • Healthcare or management background (MPH, MHA, MBA, MBBS, MSW, BDS, BPT, BAMS, or BUMS, with management background) • Proficiency in MS Office, G-drive, and common computer applications • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, or experience working in public health projects and government institutions • Experience in public health management or health departments encouraged • Ability to build partner relations and liaise with key stakeholders • Ability to complete documentation in coordination with NHM and YAIF teams • Ability to support program advocacy, staff capacity building, supportive supervision, and trainer hand-holding
