📋 Description

• Write manual and automated tests, including complex functional and integration tests, to verify acceptance criteria • Perform functional testing in web and desktop applications and back-end systems • Support, maintain, and improve test documentation • Report software defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve them • Work with product managers, developers, and QA team members to ensure product quality • Apply Agile principles in day-to-day activities • Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team • Contribute to feature testing strategies and participate in QA Guild discussions • Help improve the release process while maintaining high quality • Share knowledge and support best testing practices • Bring ideas and initiatives supporting creativity and innovation • Ensure the product meets quality standards for deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, with stronger focus on backend and API testing • Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar • Experience testing APIs, preferably GraphQL • Strong experience in test case design, feature test plans, and test execution management • Experience with regression, functional, smoke, and ad-hoc testing • Experience with test automation • Familiarity with management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Ability to quickly understand complex technical systems and structures • Experience with Agile/Kanban or similar methodologies and working in development teams • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • JavaScript or TypeScript with Playwright is a plus • Backend/API automation experience with NodeJS, Jest, Axios, or Supertest is an advantage • Experience contributing to or maintaining test automation frameworks is an advantage • Experience with virtualization and GitLab CI/CD tools is a bonus • Docker and containerized environments experience is a plus
