📋 Description

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end to end, including surveys, interviews, user studies, and market research • Analyze data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities • Translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders • Support product, marketing, and strategy decisions with evidence • Deliver insights in engaging, reusable formats for teams across the organization • Support decision-making across B2B product and marketing • Bridge product, marketing, customers, and the broader market • Inform product and marketing strategies across the full product and customer lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on research experience covering both qualitative and quantitative methods • Proven experience interviewing customers, designing questionnaires, and running surveys • Ability to turn raw data and research findings into recommendations that inform decisions • Strong presentation and communication skills • Fluent English • Experience with B2B product research is a bonus • Portfolio or case studies showing process and impact are a bonus • Track record of experimenting with new tools, methods, or workflows is a bonus • Hands-on experience applying AI to research work or building AI workflows is a bonus
