📋 Description

• Support the Global Compensation & Benefits team in planning and implementing People & Culture projects • Contribute to job grading, market benchmarking, reporting, and HR data analysis activities • Assist in the continuous improvement of Compensation & Benefits processes and global standards • Support international initiatives, including Job Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors projects • Prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders • Take ownership of assigned tasks and support day-to-day team operations

🎯 Requirements

• Registered student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks • Good communication skills in English • Initial experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics is an advantage • Enjoyment of collaborative work in an international team environment
