📋 Description

• Support the Contracts & Concepts team within Service Product Management • Research and evaluate AI tools available within Nordex • Identify opportunities to apply AI in Service Product Management processes • Analyze business processes and identify high-value AI use cases across product management, contract management, market intelligence, communication, and strategic planning • Develop, test, and optimize prompts and AI-supported workflows • Apply AI-supported workflows to research, concept development, content creation, decision-making, and process automation • Create AI toolkits, templates, best-practice guides, and supporting documentation • Assess the effectiveness of AI solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and process performance • Support adoption of AI-driven working methods through training materials, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and user guidance • Monitor Generative AI developments and identify valuable innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation Management, or a related field • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, digitalization, and process optimization • Initial practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or comparable solutions • Understanding of the fundamentals of prompt engineering • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to structure complex topics clearly and effectively • Ability to work independently and proactively with a high sense of ownership and responsibility • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams • Fluent in English • German and/or Spanish are an advantage
