📋 Description
• Bygge sterke relasjoner med butikkledere og retailpartnere • Støtte butikker med salgsaktiviteter, produktlanseringer og kampanjer • Sikre god synlighet og retail execution i butikk • Gjennomføre produkttreninger og presentasjoner for butikkpersonell • Følge opp KPI-er, salgsmål og regional performance • Identifisere nye forretningsmuligheter og vekstområder • Samarbeide tett med Key Account Managers og interne team • Bidra med strukturert rapportering og innsikt fra feltet
🎯 Requirements
• Erfaring fra retail, feltsalg, area management eller lignende roller er svært meriterende • Gode kommunikasjons- og relasjonsbyggende ferdigheter • Kommersiell forståelse og evne til å skape engasjement og salg • Strukturert, selvgående og løsningsorientert • Komfortabel med å jobbe i et hektisk og dynamisk miljø • Førerkort klasse B • Flytende norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
