📋 Description

• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance • Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations that help customers optimize their manufacturing processes • Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations • Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams to ensure effective use and maintenance of equipment • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted technical advisor • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service improvements • Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and CRM records • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, customer service, and technical support teams across Europe and North America

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical qualification or electrician certification • 3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background) • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude • Customer-oriented mindset • Fluent English • Willingness to travel extensively • Valid driver's license • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
