📋 Description
• Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to the field • Conduct technical training internal & external • Support trade show • Communicate with the factory to get problems solved • Define and execute the demo plan • Write and present test reports to internal and external customers with clear, concise data • Participate in and take on additional assignments and projects as required
