📋 Description

• Identify, target, and secure new OEM customers in alignment with company objectives • Expand business with existing OEM clients by promoting additional products and applications • Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within OEM, industrial, or technical markets • Professional-level English and French language skills are required • Experience negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling)
