📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and coordinating the sales team, collaborating to set and control targets and consistently working to achieve them; • Encourage and motivate team members to meet targets and prevent declines in performance; • Conduct training to engage the internal sales team; • Coordinate internal sales activities to drive percentage growth; • Monitor each team member’s performance against targets and identify needs for new clients and presentations of new products; • Track the team’s daily productivity and targets; • Carry out planning using charts and graphs; • Prepare daily sales reports; • Plan daily territories/routes and evaluate sales results; • Prospect clients and supervise the regional sales team to develop customer relationships; • Strengthen the brand in the market by developing and planning internal sales targets per salesperson in each region; • Monitor competitors’ commercial activities; • Provide clarifications and negotiate with clients; • Maintain commercial relationships with key accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Agronomic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; • Postgraduate degree in agribusiness, people management, or related fields is desirable.
