• Develop and execute comprehensive executive compensation strategies • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark executive compensation • Ensure compliance of total reward practices with all relevant regulations • Support preparation and development of executive compensation reports • Assist in preparing and managing materials for Board Committee meetings • Collaborate with other departments on executive compensation design • Support the global implementation of total rewards programs • Design and manage performance-based compensation plans • Provide consultation and advice to support pay decisions
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred • Minimum of 5 years Total Rewards experience • At least 3 years managing and administering executive compensation programs in a U.S. publicly traded company
