📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for development • Produce functional and technical documentation detailing flows, business rules, integrations, exceptions, and use cases • Work with the Product Owner to refine the backlog and Definition of Ready • Collaborate with developers to assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, and impacts • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and/or external stakeholders • Define and document clear, measurable acceptance criteria • Support the team in effort estimation • Validate deliveries through functional testing and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Support the support team in incident analysis, functional diagnosis, and root cause identification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation • Experience translating business needs into technical/functional specifications • Experience in process modeling and writing use case scenarios • Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Desirable: experience with system integrations and API analysis • Experience with issue/requirement management tools (Jira or similar) • Creation of acceptance criteria and execution of functional tests • Ability to perform impact analysis and validate solutions • Technical communication skills to interface between business areas and developers • Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus • Knowledge of testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.) is a plus • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus • Familiarity with e-commerce and/or marketplace environments is a plus
