📋 Description
• Solve problems using an outcome-driven design approach • Design at the various stages of product innovation • Develop artifacts and tools that facilitate change at organizations • Support UX research activities • Synthesize multiple inputs to create cohesive narratives and designs • Articulate the business outcomes, goals, and metrics • Map product features to business outcomes and customer goals • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in digital service design
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design or Digital Product Design • Experience in a consulting or digital innovation agency environment • Experience designing for government services, healthcare, enterprise software, or complex systems • Strong product thinking with a user-centered approach • Experience working with design systems for large-scale digital products • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, etc. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Lean UX, and iterative design processes • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management and organization skills
