📋 Description

• Calculation of PDA breakdown. • Establish direct communication with maritime agents and service providers for port operations (restrictions/supplies). • Validate and send proforma disbursements to agents, ensuring data accuracy, operational compliance, and adherence to agreed terms. • Validate FDA (Final Disbursement Account) and ensure compliance with agreements and ANTAQ regulations for current port tariffs. • Estimate operational costs for port calls at different ports, in alignment with the Chartering team. • Manage outstanding costs for each voyage, provisioning pending amounts and presenting them at the monthly meeting with the financial planning team. • Receive, analyze, and compare actual costs versus estimates, identifying variances and proposing improvements. • Understand and apply ANTAQ - SAMA regulatory processes, including cargo circularization, authorization requests, communication with agents/operators, and management of authorization closures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or near completion • Advanced English • Experience with Excel
