📋 Description

• Understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations to guide the design and development of intuitive digital products • Act as the bridge between user feedback and product strategy • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities for the servicenow.com website • Plan, lead, and execute user experience research with research, design, and product management stakeholders • Run moderated and unmoderated user interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept validation, and diary studies • Analyze web-user behavior using analytics and product data, connecting patterns with user feedback • Synthesize findings into insights, user journeys, and prioritized recommendations • Present research findings through visual artifacts, storytelling, and engaging presentations to influence design and product strategy • Help teams make data-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience applying user research methods to product design • Experience planning, developing, and conducting user research and testing • Strong experience moderating user interviews • Experience analyzing web users, behavioral data, and analytics data • Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful research work • Proficiency with user research and analysis tools including Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, and Optimal Workshop • Motivated self-starter able to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-moving, results-driven environment • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical judgment • Advanced English level required to work with US clients • Ability to translate user and business needs into clear, actionable recommendations
