📋 Description

• Support clients in implementing and further developing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), e.g., in accordance with ISO 27001 or the BSI IT-Grundschutz standard • Analyze existing security structures and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities • Contribute to the development of security policies, concepts, and risk analyses • Support client workshops focused on establishing security-compliant organizations • Gradually assume responsibility for projects, ranging from supporting project teams to independently delivering projects • Actively contribute to the team, exchange knowledge with Senior Consultants, and continuously develop through mentoring and training

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or a completed degree in STEM—or an equivalent qualification • Consulting experience in an IT or technology environment, gained through projects, internships, or initial full-time experience • Basic understanding of information security, IT security standards, or risk management • Interest in Information Security Management, security processes, or related security standards • Willingness to learn, initiative, and strong teamwork skills • Fluent communication skills in German (C1) and English • Willingness to pursue professional and personal development
