📋 Description

• Lead stakeholder interviews and analyse current processes to uncover user needs in financial systems • Translate insights into feasible product concepts balancing client expectations and real-world constraints • Build and maintain As-Is/To-Be flows, UML diagrams, data-flow models, and specifications for developers and QA • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Track progress and align cross-functional teams • Collaborate with developers, designers, and testers to iterate and ensure requirements are understood and implemented • Handle change requests and clarifications • Measure success against business goals • Identify improvement opportunities • Support proposal work and share insights to improve the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst for at least 5 years • Proven track record in system analysis within financial systems • Experience with UML • Experience with process modelling • Experience with prototyping • Experience writing clear functional and technical specifications • Balance of big-picture product vision and attention to detail in analysis and documentation • Skilled at managing goals, timelines, and expectations in complex environments • Collaborative communication and problem-solving skills • Fluency in Estonian and English
