• Own the full European sales cycle: from prospecting and pipeline development through to contract negotiation and close, with a focus on defence and government customers across the UK, Germany, France, and allied nations. • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with European defence primes, system integrators, and in-country resellers who can extend our reach and accelerate market entry. • Build direct relationships with key decision-makers inside European defence ministries, procurement agencies, and allied military commands. • Lead the development of tailored proposals, capability briefings, and RFP responses that speak the language of European defence customers. • Navigate the regulatory and compliance landscape of European defence sales, including export control requirements, offset obligations, and country-specific procurement rules. • Work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions are positioned accurately and competitively in each target market. • Represent North Vector Dynamics at European defence exhibitions, industry events, and government forums: building our brand and credibility in the region. • Surface market intelligence on competitor activity, procurement cycles, and emerging opportunities to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. • Step into whatever the mission demands: this is a startup, and no two weeks will look the same.
• 5–10 years of experience in defence or government sales, with a demonstrable track record of closing complex, high-value deals in European markets. • Established relationships within the European defence and security ecosystem, with governments, military organisations, or defence prime contractors. • Deep familiarity with European defence procurement processes, including NATO frameworks, EU defence initiatives, and country-specific acquisition pathways. • A hunter’s instinct: you’re energized by building pipelines from scratch and comfortable navigating long, relationship-driven sales cycles. • Strong communication and presentation skills: you can brief senior military officers and ministry officials with equal confidence. • Based in Europe, with the ability to travel regularly across the region to maintain and grow customer and partner relationships. • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action, you don’t wait for a perfect playbook to get started. • Military background is a strong asset, candidates with prior service in the Canadian Armed Forces, allied militaries, or NATO-member forces are highly encouraged to apply. • Proficiency in one or more European languages (German, French, or Polish preferred) is a meaningful advantage.
• Real ownership from day one, you’ll be the person who defines how we show up in the European market, and the relationships you build will be foundational to our international growth for years to come. • We’re working on technology that matters at a national and global level, and every person on the team feels that weight and that purpose. • A tight-knit, high-calibre team that moves fast, holds each other to a high standard, and doesn’t waste time on bureaucracy for its own sake. • Competitive compensation and meaningful upside from joining an early-stage company at the forefront of the defence technology sector. • Remote-first for the right candidate, we trust you to operate with the same discipline and accountability whether you’re in Berlin, London, Warsaw, or anywhere else in Europe where you can best serve the mission.
