• Identify, recruit, and onboard partners to meet and exceed sales targets • Partner types: ISVs, Agents, Banks, other • Agreement types: Reseller and Referral • Develop, implement, and maintain systems and procedures to streamline partner management • Drive partner portfolio growth • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows • Conduct contract negotiations • Interface with sales channels to promote the program and ensure expectations are exceeded for the partner • Maintain and build partner relationships by addressing questions, concerns, and growth opportunities • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce • Develop and execute partner sales plans and conduct regular progress calls and quarterly business reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and applicable industry experience • Minimum five (5) years experience in payments or fintech partnership development • Minimum two (2) years experience in the payments industry in some capacity • Outstanding consultative and sales skills • Strong understanding of referral partner relationship set-ups • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Very assertive and persistent sales approach • Excellent ability to successfully handle sales and relationship based activities • Travel Requirements: 20%
