📋 Description

• Provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees • Provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement • Review and sign off on chart documentation • Complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner • Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so • Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents • Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements • Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care • Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field required • Must hold Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure in Washington state with supervisor credential • Must maintain applicable state licensure requirements at hire, and for the entire duration of employment • 3+ years of experience in relevant field required • Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills and knowledge required for treating patients assigned • Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients • Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board.
