📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform; coordinate development and support efforts within the admin team. • Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows that manage processes from customer intake to fulfillment. • Configure and improve core and custom applications in close collaboration with the functional team. • Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow. • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. • Develop systems integrations and process automation. • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting. • Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related components. • Configure and manage Discovery. • Lead the team through application and platform upgrades. • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems. • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship. • Ability to pass a federal background check and maintain eligibility for continued access authorizations, including periodic drug screenings. • Bachelor’s degree. • 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience. • Strong JavaScript, XML, and HTML skills; familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, and ADFS. • Proven experience implementing and customizing a web-architected, n-tiered enterprise application. • Proven experience implementing integrations of enterprise software systems. • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing them through multiple instances and into production. • Ability to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical information clearly to varied audiences.
