📋 Description
• Direct and manage the operations of an Underwriting unit • Oversee/coordinate division workflow and manage Underwriting projects • Serve as communication liaison/resource, providing technical problem resolution • Develop, implement, and monitor customer service standards for agency-level staff • Execute change management and communication plans • Manage the budget for respective unit • Respond to complex/sensitive customer service complaints
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education or progressively responsible work experience • People management experience • Experience as a Lead Underwriter Consultant • Training development of underwriters at all levels • Previous life underwriting experience preferred • Minimum of seven years of operational experience preferred • Strong project management skills
