📋 Description

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary • Repair drywall as needed • Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment • Perform precise “cutting in” to ensure clean lines and professional finishes • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas • Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site • Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout Massachusetts based on the maintenance schedule • Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations • Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of finish painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments) • Sharp eye for detail • Power washing • Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques • Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed • High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus
