📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) products. • Perform field upgrades of software and hardware. • Document and communicate field failures, customer feedback, and improvement ideas. • Ability to properly communicate and build strong relationships with on-site client representatives and client’s service provider crews. • Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate equipment inventory on the truck and equipment at client locations. • Participate in hardware assembly, hardware installation, and R&D testing of DCS products. • Work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off for local technicians. • Willing to work 12+ hours daily during your schedule. • Good interpersonal skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Willing to be on call.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Must be 21 years of age. • Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report. • Willingness to be on call and ability to travel per the manager's request. • Good verbal and written communication skills (English). • Not afraid of heights. • Proven knowledge of upstream oil and gas completions operations, equipment, and terminology. • Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues. • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to sensors, PLCs, and networking/cabling. • Upstream completions background or Electronics Technician experience. • AA Degree and/or equivalent experience with 2+ years of technical experience preferred
