âą Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation âą Proactively target and engage laboratories across biopharma, CDMOs, genomics, IVD, and clinical segments âą Execute high-volume, high-quality cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) âą Build and refine multi-touch outreach sequences to maximize response, open, and conversion rates âą Craft compelling, tailored messaging adapted to personas, applications, and market segments âą Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery calls âą Understand customer workflows, applications, installed equipment, and pain points âą Identify fit, urgency, and potential value to convert leads into qualified opportunities âą Leverage CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to manage pipeline, execute outreach, and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data âą Provide timely, accurate pipeline updates and forecasting for assigned territory and opportunities âą Maintain disciplined account and time management practices to maximize productivity and responsiveness âą Consistently generate new qualified opportunities on a weekly basis âą Schedule high-quality calls, demos, and meetings for Key Account Managers âą Ensure smooth handover of opportunities through clear communication of context, needs, and next steps âą Collaborate with KAMs to align on target accounts and priorities âą Identify strategic accounts and contribute to account-based outreach strategies âą Conduct ongoing market research and business intelligence gathering âą Capture and share customer feedback, competitive insights, and field intelligence âą Actively support marketing campaigns (digital, events, webinars, paid ads)
âą Bachelor's degree (Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field) âą 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or similar role âą 3-5 years of experience in the biopharma, biotech, or laboratory instrumentation industry âą Proven experience and track record in technical or complex sales environments âą Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage technical / scientific stakeholders âą Excellent written and oral communication skills âą Fluent English (mandatory), Additional European languages recommended (French, German, Dutch, Spanish)
