📋 Description
• Serve as Scrum Master and technical lead for the agile development team • Work directly with the client Program Manager and staff to coordinate development priorities and sprint activities • Assign and track Help Desk and development tickets to ensure timely resolution • Act as the primary interface between the development team and program leadership • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives • Monitor team workload and ensure balanced task distribution and productivity • Ensure development activities follow Agile and DevSecOps best practices • Track progress and communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership • Coordinate with engineers, QA personnel, and DevSecOps teams to ensure successful delivery • Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and team performance
🎯 Requirements
• Active DoD Secret Clearance • Ability to obtain and maintain Privileged and SIPR access • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience supporting Agile software development teams • Experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead • Experience managing tasking, ticket queues, and development priorities • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
