📋 Description
• Dive deep into early stage SaaS startups to uncover candidates • Research profiles and add folks to projects • Calibrate with recruiters and hiring teams • Work with ~20 startups and receive job orders • Focus primarily on EPD roles (60-70%) and also GTM and G&A
🎯 Requirements
• Strong on the tech side • Experience in sourcing and market research • Ability to identify candidates across levels, Technical & Non Technical roles • Can work part time and remotely
