📋 Description

• Own and drive the tax strategy for all Latin America entities • Act as the main regional tax business partner • Lead and develop a high-performing regional tax team • Manage and support tax audits, disputes, and tax controversy cases • Proactively identify tax optimization and savings opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Law, Economics, Business or similar • 10+ years of experience in tax • Experience in large multinational companies and/or top-tier consulting firms • Strong experience working cross-border • Fluent English, Spanish is a strong plus
