• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to engage potential law firm clients. • Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on firm size, pain points, and needs. • Execute structured outreach sequences and track progress in the CRM. • Work closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings and create high-quality sales opportunities. • Research target firms, decision-makers, and industry trends to personalise outreach. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline stages. • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities created. • Represent company with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition. • Contribute ideas to improve outreach messaging, cadences, and lead-generation strategies.
• 1+ years in a sales-focused role (SDR, BDR, inside sales) — SaaS or legal-tech preferred, but not required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and proactive prospecting. • Ability to understand complex products and explain them clearly. • Highly organised with strong attention to detail. • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by measurable goals. • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
