⢠Responsibility for M&A projects with a focus on technology ⢠Development and execution of projects for IT transition, migration and transformation ⢠Assessment of acquisition targets and identification of optimization potential ⢠Identification and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks between corporate management, clients, business units and IT ⢠Leadership of international projects ⢠Management of all involved service providers and facilitation of project committees and meetings
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed degree focusing on Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification ⢠Many years of experience managing (international) M&A and post-merger integration (PMI) projects ⢠Broad knowledge of relevant technology domains such as infrastructure, applications, organization, processes, etc. ⢠Very good German and English language skills
