📋 Description
• Support the preparation and monitoring of the company's budget and forecast • Perform financial performance analyses (MTD, YTD and Full Year), assisting in identifying variances • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and management reports using BI tools (Power BI / Looker) • Manipulate and process financial and operational datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency • Assist in preparing analyses and executive materials for tracking results • Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the Finance Planning area • Contribute to the organization and structuring of the databases used by Financial Planning
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields • Strong advanced Excel skills • Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) • Experience or academic/project exposure to data analysis • Basic knowledge of financial concepts (income statement/P&L, budgeting, revenues and expenses) • Desirable: experience with additional data tools (e.g., QuickSight) • Desirable: familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) • Analytical mindset, well organized and detail-oriented • Experience (even academic) building dashboards and data visualizations • Knowledge of Power Query, data modeling, or handling large datasets • Experience with process automation (VBA, Power Automate, etc.) • Participation in data, analytics, or process improvement projects
