📋 Description

• Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the company's financial organization; • Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate verification of entries and balances; • Issue, review, and control invoices, ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements; • Monitor and update cash flow; • Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly and weekly), presenting management indicators and information; • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, keeping data organized and reliable; • Support the analysis of costs, expenses, and opportunities for financial optimization; • Provide support to the administrative and financial routines of the area, contributing to process efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of accounting, financial routines, and administrative controls; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and focused on quality deliverables; • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning for interpreting financial data; • Good verbal and written communication skills, with ease interacting across departments; • Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and commitment to deadlines. • **Differentials** • Previous experience in administrative or financial routines; • Knowledge of ERP systems, especially TOTVS RM; • Experience with financial controls, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
