📋 Description

• Handling expense reporting, reimbursable expenses, and issuance of debit notes; • Analyzing, reviewing and processing reimbursements, petty cash/fund and travel advances, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to internal policies; • Managing emails, organizing requests and maintaining an up-to-date repository of bank receipts, with a focus on Finance routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in administrative roles, with strong involvement in providing support and service to analysts, authorized representatives, suppliers, internal departments and contract management; • Knowledge of corporate expense platforms and corporate cards; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in controls, spreadsheets and analyses that support administrative and financial routines; • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint; • Experience with the Protheus ERP will be a plus.
