📋 Description

• Develop and maintain features for internal systems and company portals. • Participate in alignment meetings and the team's continuous improvement activities. • Analyze tickets and user stories, planning development with a focus on quality and performance. • Propose improvements and technical solutions to optimize systems. • Perform testing and fixes to ensure application stability and integrity. • Execute data migrations and production updates. • Document developed activities and follow best programming practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of software development experience. • Experience in software development and good programming practices. • Strong knowledge of PHP and JavaScript. • Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL). • Analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good communication, collaborative attitude and results-oriented mindset. • Ongoing interest in learning and staying up to date with technology. • Knowledge of Laravel and NextJS (advantage). • Experience with data migration routines (advantage). • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (advantage). • Basic design knowledge and experience using Figma for UI/UX team integration (advantage). • Listed academic qualifications: High School, Bachelor's degree, Technologist, Postgraduate, Technical Education, or MBA; not indicated as mandatory. • English.
