📋 Description

• Act as a Functional SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant in the Quality Management (QM) module. • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders, identifying adherence, gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Support the definition, design and implementation of processes using SAP Best Practices. • Configure and parameterize processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, adhering to SAP's standard architecture. • Develop functional solutions aligned with the Clean Core concept, prioritizing scalability and sustainability.

🎯 Requirements

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud • SAP QM (Quality Management) module • SAP Best Practices • Clean Core • Central Business Configuration (CBC) • SSCUIs (Self-Service Configuration UI) • Configuration activities • SAP Fiori • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (desirable) • REST APIs and SAP integrations • Side-by-side extensions • Solution design • Business Process Design (BPD) • Functional specifications • Unit, integration and UAT testing • Cutover, go-live and hypercare • Knowledge of integration with modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM and EWM is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable leading meetings and workshops with clients • Analytical mindset and strong business process understanding • Consultative, problem-solving orientation • Proactivity and autonomy • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Prioritization skills and adherence to deadlines • Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement • Negotiation and influencing skills with business stakeholders • Systemic view and results orientation • Recommended training: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Activate Project Management, and others listed • Preferred certifications: SAP Certified Associate, Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation, etc.
