📋 Description

• Act as a Functional SAP SD Consultant in SAP S/4HANA projects. • Lead requirements-gathering and Fit-to-Standard workshops with business areas. • Map, analyze, and optimize commercial/business processes using SAP Best Practices. • Serve as the technical and functional reference for the SD module. • Support clients in defining solutions aligned with business objectives. • Configure and parameterize Sales Management processes (Sales Order Management), quotations and commercial proposals, sales contracts, outbound deliveries, shipping and transportation, billing, returns, pricing, commercial conditions, tax determination, availability-to-promise (ATP), partner determination, route determination, credit management and order holds. • Ensure integration of SAP SD with FI (Financial Accounting), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), WM/EWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management), GTS (Global Trade Services), where applicable. • Work with technical teams to specify APIs, integrations, reports, and developments. • Participate in implementation, rollout, and migration projects to SAP S/4HANA. • Configure and validate processes using SAP Best Practices. • Prepare functional documentation and technical specifications. • Execute and support unit, integration, and user acceptance tests (UAT). • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. • Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis. • Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial/business processes. • Share knowledge with the team and act as a technical reference. • Ensure compliance with methodologies, processes, and standards defined by the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Supply Chain, Technology, or related areas is a plus. • Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an SAP SD Consultant. • Experience participating in implementation, rollout, or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA. • Experience in end-to-end projects. • Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders. • Knowledge of commercial processes and integrated logistics. • Experience in highly complex environments and consultative roles. • Technical knowledge: SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate, pricing, billing, Sales Order Management, shipping and delivery, ATP (Available to Promise), Partner Determination, Output Management, tax determination, integration with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM and TM, IDocs, APIs and web services, SAP Business Partner (BP), Clean Core (desirable). • Skills: Consultative and client-oriented profile; excellent verbal and written communication; analytical ability and systemic view of commercial processes; negotiation skills and stakeholder management; organization, planning and prioritization skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams; proactivity and autonomy; results orientation and continuous improvement; ability to solve complex problems; knowledge sharing and technical leadership.
