📋 Description

• Handling support tickets and improvement requests within Support, meeting the SLA assigned to each client. • Documenting and updating the ticket management/support tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with the EWM module in implementation and support projects; • Experience providing customer support as part of support teams; • Critical and solution-oriented thinking; • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent); • Ability to respond quickly and comply with SLAs; • Experience with demand workflows (scheduling, requirements analysis, estimations, solution proposals, and execution); • Experience in procurement and logistics processes; • Knowledge of S/4HANA; • Participation in S/4HANA projects is desirable; • Knowledge of Fiori apps is a plus but not mandatory; • SAP certifications are desirable.
