📋 Description

• Functional SAP QM consulting • Act as a Functional SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant for the Quality Management (QM) module. • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to identify adherence, gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using SAP Best Practices. • Serve as the functional QM module point of reference throughout all project phases. • Ensure solutions adhere to Clean Core principles. • Configure and parameterize processes in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. • Perform configurations using: • Central Business Configuration (CBC); • SSCUIs; • Configuration Activities. • Support functional architecture decisions in accordance with SAP Cloud standards. • Gather and analyze requirements with business areas. • Translate functional needs into scalable, sustainable solutions. • Prepare technical and functional documentation, including: • Business Process Design (BPD); • Functional Specifications; • Solution Design; • Test cases and scripts; • Integration definitions; • Training materials. • Collaborate with technical teams to specify: • APIs; • SAP and non-SAP integrations; • Side-by-side extensions; • Reports; • Forms; • Custom objects. • Ensure functional integration between SAP modules and external solutions. • Participate in all phases of the SAP Activate methodology: • Discover; • Prepare; • Explore; • Realize; • Deploy; • Run. • Support the planning, execution, and governance of SAP projects. • Plan, execute, and support: • Unit tests; • Integrated tests; • UAT (User Acceptance Test); • End-to-end process validation. • Support Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare activities. • Ensure quality and stability of deliverables. • Handle incident resolution and analysis of functional gaps. • Propose continuous improvements to business processes. • Support key users during implementation and stabilization. • Ensure functional integration between SAP modules and legacy systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. • Solid experience as a SAP QM Functional Consultant. • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects. • Experience with full implementations using SAP Activate. • Experience in Fit-to-Standard projects. • Experience with integrations between SAP modules and external systems. • Experience in international projects is a plus. • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. • Expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management). • Familiarity with SAP Best Practices. • Experience with SAP Activate. • Understanding of Clean Core principles. • Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC). • Experience with SSCUIs. • Experience with Configuration Activities. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori. • SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is desirable. • REST APIs. • SAP Integration Suite is desirable. • Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations. • Business Process Design. • Functional Specifications. • Solution Design. • Unit, Integrated and UAT testing. • Cutover, Go-live and Hypercare. • Consultative profile. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to lead workshops and executive meetings. • Strong analytical skills. • Business process mindset. • Organization and planning skills. • Autonomy and proactivity. • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. • Priority management. • Problem-solving skills. • Negotiation with clients and stakeholders. • Focus on quality and continuous improvement. • Results-oriented.
