📋 Description

• Responsible for core content modules within transformation programs at our clients • Typically working at an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant level, or at Manager level in a consulting context • Close collaboration with project leads, client teams, founding partners and relevant stakeholders • Structuring complex issues, preparing decision materials, developing target operating models, roadmaps and implementation concepts • Taking ownership of individual workstreams, managing analyses, preparing workshops and decision papers • Actively developing topics, service offerings and internal initiatives; part of a team that values trust, courage and excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting DNA: You bring at least 3–5 years of experience in a management, strategy, transformation or digital consulting firm • Transformations with substance: You have already worked on transformation, strategy or digitalization projects and understand the dynamics of complex change initiatives • Structure & ownership: You can drive topics independently and develop content in a structured manner up to decision readiness • Project work in a consulting context: You have experience working in project teams, reliably manage your own work packages and maintain oversight even in dynamic environments • Storyline & communication: You can develop presentations, management materials and decision papers that are clear, concise and tailored to the audience • Stakeholder confidence: You operate professionally in client environments and work confidently with different points of contact • Team player: You bring a high level of initiative, responsibility and collaborative working style • Language skills: You speak fluent German (C1+) and have very good English skills.
