• Completing clinical nutrition assessments • Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team • Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings

• Credentialed by the CDR • Dietetic licensure • Positive attitude • Client centered • Good communication skills
