📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical delivery both as a project manager and site lead for mission critical commissioning projects with minimal supervision while completing assignments that require independent judgement and evaluation. • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members. • Develop and maintain client relationships. • Manage project specific commissioning plans, commissioning procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning activities. • Lead onsite teams to perform functional performance tests on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Provide project management and coordination to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget and schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years or more of progressive experience in building systems commissioning • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems • Experience with cloud-based construction and commissioning management platforms • Working knowledge and experience of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems • Willingness to travel 75% or more as national level projects dictate. • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (considered a plus) • PE License or ability to obtain one (considered a plus) • Commissioning Certification (considered a plus) • PMP Certification (considered a plus) • Test and Balance Certification (considered a plus)
