📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team of Solutions Architects supporting NVIDIA Cloud Partners, setting technical direction and career development plans. • Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions across the region. • Oversee your team's technical engagements throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful design, build, and production of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure. • Represent NVIDIA in executive-level technical discussions with Cloud Partners, covering project and product details, roadmap, new technologies, and escalations. • Establish standard methodologies, tools, and best practices that improve the quality and consistency of your team's technical delivery. • Manage team workload, prioritisation, and resourcing to balance multiple partner engagements simultaneously.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ overall years in Solutions Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering) working directly with partners and customers. • 2+ years of people-management or team-leadership, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing international technical teams. • Expertise in crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments. • Practical expertise in datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC. • Efficient time management and the ability to communicate ideas clearly across your team, partners, and executive stakeholders through documents, presentations, etc.
