📋 Description

• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives • Act as a Trusted Partner to Internal R&D Customers: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand operational and capacity needs and translate them into clear, actionable deployment and execution plans • Own Program Communication & Visibility: Develop and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes • Enable Strategic Alignment & Road Mapping: Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities and ensure initiatives support long-term business objectives • Optimize Capacity & Resource Planning: Build and manage resource models to forecast demand, prevent bottlenecks, and support large-scale infrastructure deployments • Lead Issue Management & Resolution: Intake, prioritize, and drive closure of customer-reported concerns, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ overall years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry with a preferred focus on datacenter infrastructure • 4+ years leading or managing a team in the high-tech industry • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment
