• Collaborate with CEMs to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved • Conduct CEM audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for supplier products • Work closely with the procurement and engineering teams to resolve any supplier-related issues • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for supplier quality issues • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate documentation and records of supplier quality activities
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or engineering or a related role • Strong verbal and written communication in English & Vietnamese is a must • Chinese speaking & listening skill would be preferred • Rich experience in electronic device / system manufacturing process & quality control • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, such as 8D, 5-Whys, 5M1E, fish bone and so on • Familiarity with industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, ANSI/ESD S20.20, and so on • Experience with supplier audits and quality assessments
